    Our team collaborates with you to develop a comprehensive design plan. This includes creating detailed drawings, selecting materials, and outlining the project timeline. We ensure that every aspect of the design aligns with your vision and meets all regulatory requirements.

    We provide a transparent and detailed cost estimate based on the finalized design. This includes a breakdown of all expenses, ensuring there are no surprises down the line. We work with you to refine the budget and scope to align with your financial goals.

  • Once the plans and budget are approved, we kick off the construction phase. Our team mobilizes on-site, ensuring all necessary permits are in place and the site is prepared for construction.

    We will provide you at minimum:

    A weekly progress video tour delivered every Friday afternoon.

    A bi-weekly main schedule update.

    2-week forecast of planned site activities.

    Weekly or bi-weekly project meetings with the homeowners.

    We are confident that this consistent flow of project information ensures transparency and enables you to feel in command of your project.

  • Upon completion, we conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure every detail has been addressed to your satisfaction. We review all aspects of the project, making note of any final adjustments or touch-ups that may be needed.

    We provide you with all necessary documentation, including warranties, maintenance guidelines, and contact information for any future needs. Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied and confident with your new space.

    Our commitment to you doesn’t end with the completion of the project. We offer ongoing support and maintenance services to ensure your home remains in excellent condition. Should you have any questions or require assistance, our team is always here to help.
